By accessing or using the services provided by 2 Knuckle Sports MMA ("we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to website access, class registrations, and participation in programs, you ("User," "Member," "Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility

• Age Requirements: Our programs cater to individuals aged 4.5 years and older. Specific age groups include:
  Little Fighters: 4.5–6 years
  Junior Fighters: 7–11 years
  Teen MMA: 12–16 years
  Adult MMA: 17+ years

• Parental Consent: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and consent to these Terms on behalf of the minor.

 
3. Program Enrollment

• Trial Classes: New members may be eligible for a free trial class. Availability is subject to scheduling and class capacity.

• Registration: Enrollment in programs requires completion of the registration form and acceptance of these Terms.

• Payment: Fees for classes and programs are due as specified during the registration process. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as indicated on our website.

 
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

• Respect: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect and courtesy.

• Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided during classes.

• Behavior: Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may affect the learning environment.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities. You agree to release and hold harmless 2 Knuckle Sports MMA, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary for registration and communication purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
